Oxi Swim is a premium pool and spa sanitisation system that is affordable and easy to use. This state-of-the-art innovation has been developed right here in Australia by Queensland inventor Nick Briscoe.
Oxi Swim underwent strict testing at Queensland’s prestigious Somerset College before being approved by Gold Coast Council in 2019 for use in commercial swimming pools. This is regarded as a huge achievement because most alternative sanitisation systems fail to meet all the statutory requirements. In fact, Gold Coast is one of the few regional councils demanding licensed operator commercial swimming pools.

Oxi Swim allows customers to select from two modes of operation. Changing modes is as easy as flicking a switch.

Hydrogen peroxide and chlorine dioxide: Complementary protection
When hydrogen peroxide – a proven algaecide – is added to chlorine dioxide, the result is soft, translucent, super-gentle water which is safe and sensational to swim in.

Despite a shared name, chlorine and chlorine dioxide are two distinctly different chemicals. Chlorine and chlorine dioxide act quite differently in water, following activations.
Chlorine Traditional, trusted heavy-duty water sanitiser with well-documented side effects including skin, eye and respiratory irritation. Breaks down into a range of toxic, non-biodegradable compounds - hence the dreaded post-swim breakout of irritation, allergies and reactions.
Chlorine dioxide Biodegradable oxidising agent globally recognised as a highly effective water sanitiser with minimal by-products. Breaks down into salt, a natural mineral with few side effects. Oxi Swim constantly turns salt back into chlorine dioxide, preventing build-up.
