Q. What should I do if there's an issue with my pool equipment during the warranty period?

A. Simply contact Crystaclear and we’ll take care of the warranty claim for any equipment manufactured by Waterco Ltd. We’ll handle the process on your behalf to make it as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Q. Who pays for pool handover service for pool builders?

A. Crystaclear charges the builder for the two handover visits at a pre-agreed rate as part of the building contract. Any chemicals used after the handover are the responsibility of the pool owner. Once the follow-up visit is complete, the customer is welcome to continue using Crystaclear’s services, whether or not they choose an ongoing service plan.

A. Crystaclear partnered with global pool and water treatment manufacturer Waterco Ltd. in 2012 to help launch its innovative sanitisation system, Hydroxypure. This collaboration introduced the technology to a broader commercial market.
