Crystaclear: Third-generation pool and spa specialists

Originally founded in 1972 as Crystaclear Pool Services — regarded as the first to bring liquid chlorine feeders to the Australian market and one of the original pool maintenance businesses — Crystaclear has evolved into an innovative pool company owned and operated by Nick Briscoe.

Nick spent years working in pool maintenance before obtaining trade qualifications in plumbing, mechanical services, hydraulic design, construction, and basic electrical applications.

Known for inventing low chlorine solutions including Hydroxypure and Oxi Swim, Nick has created an entirely new pool handover system dedicated to pool builders. Along with his daughter Ayla, son Dalton, and team of trained technicians, Nick offers a premium service that takes care of new pool owners after practical completion. This minimises the potential for concerns or complaints and helps protect the builder’s reputation.

Our world-first water treatment system, developed in partnership with Waterco Limited, earned the pool industry’s highest honour when Oxi Swim was named 2022 Product of the Year by the Master Pool Builders Association Australia (MPBAA).
